Service Desk & Operations Leader

Strachan & Kemp Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop the Service Desk function within the business. The role focuses on day-to-day service delivery, team performance, job management, client communication and operational reporting.

The position requires strong leadership, organisational skills and commercial awareness to improve processes in a fast-paced facilities management environment. Office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
