Service Advisor Commercial Vehicle Dealership
Bicester
£28,000 £34,000 + bonus
Full-time | 44.5 hours per week | 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership representing a leading brand.
You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, efficient and professional service experience from booking through to completion.

Key Responsibilities- Act as the main contact between customers and workshop
- Manage bookings, scheduling and customer updates
- Prepare job cards and capture accurate customer requirements
- Provide progress updates and handle queries
- Authorise and process repairs (retail, fleet, warranty)
- Raise invoices and manage job costing
- Promote additional workshop services
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance standards
Rotating shifts (44.5 hours per week):
- 07:00 16:00
- 08:00 17:00
- 09:00 18:00
(All include 30-minute unpaid break)
Plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (08:00 12:00)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using systems and managing workload
- Automotive / HGV / commercial vehicle experience desirable
- £28,000 £34,000 salary + bonus
