Senior Sous Chef – Lead 5-Star Seafood Kitchen

Seaton House in St Andrews is seeking a highly experienced Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team across restaurants and bars. You will bring a strong background in 5‑star hotel or Rosette/Michelin‑recognised kitchens, lead a brigade, and shape the dining experience with modern techniques.

You will mentor junior chefs, manage kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with front‑of‑house to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
