Senior Change Manager: Transformation & Adoption Lead

SSE seeks a Senior Change Manager to lead strategic transformation across distribution programmes. You will embed agile ways of working, enhance operational effectiveness, and build the digital capability required for SSE’s future. Travel to various sites will be required.

You will work with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to apply our change methodology, ensuring adoption and sustained benefits. Experience delivering large-scale change in regulated environments is essential.
