Remote Team Leader – Performance & Development

Coloplast is seeking a Performance Leader to join the Direct Services Management team in Belfast. You will lead a team of frontline staff, work with the Head of Service Delivery, and drive customer satisfaction and retention through innovative solutions and a clear customer focus.

The role requires leadership experience, the ability to learn processes, and a collaborative partnership with the Belfast team leader to support performance. Experience in contact centres and/or healthcare is preferred.
