Remote Change Management Consultant – Transformation & Adoption

Version 1 is seeking a Change Manager to work within multidisciplinary delivery teams to plan and execute structured change management activity across large-scale transformation programmes. You'll help embed new ways of working and ensure change lands effectively and sustainably for the people it affects, working closely with senior change leads, programme teams and business stakeholders.
