Relief Chef Manager – Fresh, Seasonal Menus & Travel

Thomas Franks Ltd in Edinburgh seeks a Relief Chef Manager to support multiple locations with Head Chef/Chef Manager cover, menu creation and cost control. You will cook from fresh ingredients, craft seasonal menus, and lead in a fast-paced contract catering environment.
