Project Manager

Youll be joining a fast-growing security firm based in Doncaster, delivering high-quality installations and services across CCTV, access control, cloud-based security solutions, and a wide range of modern security technologies. As we continue to expand, were looking for a confident, people-focused Project Manager to lead our on-site engineering teams and drive excellence across every project.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and coordinating on-site engineers across multiple installation and service projects
• Managing project timelines, resources, budgets, and client expectations
• Acting as the technical point of escalation using your engineering background to guide, support, and problem-solve
• Overseeing installs, upgrades, maintenance, and system integrations across CCTV, access control, cloud platforms, and wider security products
• Ensuring all work meets compliance, quality, and safety standards
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery
• Supporting the growth and development of junior engineers

What Were Looking For

• Strong technical background ideally as aProject Engineer, Senior Engineer, or similar hands-on role
• Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and motivate teams
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying calm under pressure, and taking ownership
• A proactive mindset someone who wants to grow with the business, not just do the job
