People Operations Partner: Global HR & Employee Relations Lead

Arcadis in Kerry is seeking a People Operations Partner to support HR activities across the business. You will report to the People Partner Cluster Lead and collaborate with HR Operations teams and line managers to deliver a compliant, data-driven HR service.

The role focuses on case management, employee relations, policy guidance, and multi-country support, including Ireland, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and in-country projects.
