Operational Performance Lead

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Performance Manager for the Home Office contract, based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will monitor daily performance of engineers and subcontractors, escalating risks and delivering mitigations to protect service delivery.

You will work with operational managers, engineers and the Helpdesk to review data, identify trends and implement actions that improve performance, KPI attainment and client satisfaction.
