Nursing Advisor — Acute Care & Policy Leadership (Hybrid)

Royal College of Nursing is seeking a Nursing Advisor for our Acute Care project in Cardiff. The role is 14 hours per week on an 18-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid working arrangements to support flexible delivery and member engagement.

The successful candidate will bring nursing experience, strong stakeholder relationships, and knowledge of health policy to advocate for sustainable solutions and improved patient care within our member community.
