Warehouse Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Warehouse Production Operative to join a busy and growing industrial operation.

The role involves operating and monitoring an automated pallet cleaning system, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Successful candidates will receive full training on equipment operation, quality control procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements. This position includes regular manual handling and heavy lifting.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday Role (Rota)

Shifts will vary.

Pay & Benefits

• Monthly pay
• Attendance bonus of up to £100 per month
• Performance-related bonus of up to £300 per month upon successful completion of training
• 28 days' paid annual leave, plus bank holidays
• Full training and ongoing support provided

Requirements

• Ability to undertake physical work, including heavy lifting
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to following health and safety procedures
• Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
