Lounge & Bar Director - Lead Team, Elevate Guest Experience

W Edinburgh is hiring a Bar Manager to lead the team at the W Lounge. This Head of Department role directs the daily operation of the W Lounge, its financial performance, guest satisfaction and all aspects of talent management, both on the floor and behind the bar.

We are seeking someone energetic with strong leadership, organization and communication skills, with experience in high-end, high-volume restaurants and bars, and at least three years of team management experience.
