Solina Cardiff is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead a busy kitchen, maintaining high standards from prep to service. You’ll support the Head Chef, oversee mise en place, and ensure dishes are prepared to Solina’s recipes with consistency.

You’ll train and develop the kitchen team, manage stock, cost control, and workplace safety, while fostering a positive kitchen culture and strong front-of-house communication.
