Head of People Analytics & Data Products (Remote)

Canonical seeks a senior Workplace Engineer to lead a cross-functional squad of data scientists, software engineers, and UX designers. You will bridge HR language and development language, turning data into strategic product insights that drive business outcomes.

You will shape the AI/Data stack in open source, focusing on privacy, security, and real-time insight delivery to managers across global teams. Expect international travel 2–4 times a year and a remote-friendly setup.
