Reed is recruiting a Head Of Payroll in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The role leads five payrolls, ensures compliance with UK and ROI legislation, and drives system enhancements and automation in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage payroll data integrity, pension contributions across five schemes, and act as the senior payroll contact for stakeholders while coaching the payroll team to high performance.
