Global Logistics Customer Specialist – Life Sciences

World Courier is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Edinburgh. You will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them from initial enquiry and quoting through to booking, tracking and final delivery of time-sensitive shipments, including cold chain services.

You’ll coordinate across a global network, make routing decisions, monitor conditions, and communicate updates. Pre-employment DBS and Aviation Security checks are required, with full training provided from day one.
