Food Production Team Leader | 4 On 4 Off | Day/Night Shifts

Staffline is recruiting a Team Leader in Tywyn. The role oversees a small team on production lines, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time with 4 on 4 off shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am).

Applicants need transport and experience leading a small team in food manufacturing. On offer are day and night shifts with competitive hourly rates (£17.26–£19.93), free on-site parking, PPE provided, and full training from Staffline.
