Field-Based Health & Safety Partner – Southwest & Wales

Halfords is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to cover a patch across Southwest England and South Wales. The role focuses on sustaining a robust health and safety culture across Halfords Garages, Retail and Mobile Experts.

You will build relationships, promote ownership of safety, and drive improvements. The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, multi-site experience, and a proven ability to influence at management level.
