Fabric Technician

Our client is an established FM Service Provider, with an impressive national client base.It is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Fabric Engineer for a shopping centre in Leicester.

As the Fabric Engineer, you will join a maintenance team of 7 guys who carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to all the communal areas of the shopping centre. Your duties will include but not be limited to flushing taps, fixing locks, minor P&D, basic plumbing, lamp changing and other related minor fabric works.

The successful Fabric Engineer must have a proven track record in a similar role and have good all-round maintenance skills. In addition, you must also have good communication skills, be a team player and understand delivering good customer service.

Whats on offer:

£32,000 basic salary

Mon Fri days

Rotating shift (7am 3.30pm & 12.30pm 9.00pm)

Call out - £150 per week stand-by
