Evening Kitchen Lead & Head Chef for Live Events

Glee-Glasgow is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to oversee a high-demand, pre-theatre style kitchen. The role involves supervising a small team, ensuring food safety and hygiene, managing stock and portions, and driving cost efficiency across shows and deliveries.

You will report to the venue management, oversee scheduling, and train junior chefs to maintain quality and consistency during peak service windows. Weekend and evening availability is required.
