Employee Relations Advisor — ER Case Expert & Manager Coach

Legal & General Group in the UK is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor on a 12 month FTC to join our HR team and strengthen employee relations. You’ll provide clear ER advice, manage records, and support managers to improve employee experience and organisational outcomes.
