As a Customer Service Assistant, youll help create an exciting and welcoming experience for Customers of all ages, while working in one of our lively arcade venues.

We are now looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as Customer Service Assistant.

OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILTIES

To work in our Quicksilver, Cambridge Arcade engaging and helping Customers.

Listening to Customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.

To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for Customers of all ages.

To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.

To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform Customers accurately.

OUTLINE OF THE ROLE

Job Role:Customer Service Assistant (aged 18 plus)

Salary:£29,916.16per annum

Benefits:Free Parking, Uniform provided (T shirt, Sweat-shirt, trousers) Discounts where available

Hours: 42hours per week (Day & Evening shifts required including Weekends, Monday - Sunday)

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Annual Leave: 33days, including bank/public holidays. Bank/Public Holidays are classed as working days, and there will be the expectation to work these, unless requested as time off
