Customer Advisor — In-Store Service & Training

Boots is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our onsite team in London. You’ll help customers at tills, advise on products, and support stock in back rooms. Training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service will be provided.

Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, with a focus on delivering great service and promoting Boots offers. Salary is hourly, starting at £13.02 with progression to £15.10 across selected London locations, and increases after 6 months in role.
