Commercial Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team in Belfast. The role focuses on commercial management, cost control, valuations and strong supplier relationships across the project lifecycle.

You will review drawings, prepare tender enquiries, negotiate with subcontractors and manage valuations and final accounts. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a QS/estimating role and strong MS Office skills.
