Charity Shop Manager: Lead a Flexible, Community-Focused Team

British Red Cross in Llantwit Major is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our charity shop and drive a great customer experience. You will manage a team on the shop floor and behind the scenes, set the layout, and ensure the shop reflects our cause.
