Charity Shop Assistant Manager — Grow Sales & Team

Royal Mencap Society is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Wrexham shop to lead a busy charity retail operation. The role involves managing store performance, promotions, and Gift Aid in a 37.5-hour week on a permanent basis.

You will build and train a team, handle banking and budgets, and ensure excellent store presentation while delivering on profit targets and the charity’s values.
