Bar Manager - Craft Beer Leader, Growth & Events

The Rusty Seagull in Portobello, operated by WINTON BREWERY LIMITED, is seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding customer service in a popular, beer-forward venue. This full-time role requires evening, weekend and event work.

Salary ranges from £27,500 to £29,000 per year, with overtime paid for additional hours. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll influence beer selections and guest experiences while upholding high standards.
