Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain a range of automatic door systems, including sliding, swing, and revolving doors
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs
- Diagnose and repair faults on automatic doors and access control systems
- Work with and support systems including:
- CDVI(access control & locking solutions)
- Recordautomatic door systems
- Paxton / PaxLock / PaxLock Prowireless access control
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards (e.g., BS EN 16005)
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Provide technical advice and support to customers on-site
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
