Assistant Store Manager — Lead & Develop Your Team

Lakeland Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a permanent, 37-hour week in our UK stores. You will support the store manager to lead an engaged team, coach and inspire colleagues, and ensure extraordinary customer service while upholding Lakeland's values and standards.

You will deputise for the store manager when required, drive performance through KPI tracking and effective scheduling, and help recruit, train and develop a high-performing team in a busy retail environment.
