AIRFREIGHT IMPORT/ EXPORT OPERATOR FREIGHT FORWARDING

Nantgarw Wales - This role will be based within a customer's premises.

12 MONTH FTC - Could become a permanent role.

Salary of £28000 - £30,000 depending on experience

We are currently working with a Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation, with an enviable reputation, who are seeking to recruit and experienced AIRFREIGHT IMPORT/ EXPORTOPERATOR.

The role is a full-time position to work as part of a busy and efficient AIRFREIGHT IMPORT/ EXPORT department where you will be responsible for handling all elements of AIRFREIGHT Imports /Exports for Global shipments.

Managing an Import / Export Airfreight file from start to finish

Duties will include;

Execution of courier files
Labelling cargo
Liaising with Airlines and making reservations
Arranging collections and deliveries
Raising and producing all Airfreight Export Documentation
Completing Export Customs Entries
Raising invoices and billing out
Resolving any customer service issues which may arise throughout the shipment

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK AND 5 YEAR CHECK ABLE WORK HISTORY IS REQUIRED.

We are seeking an experienced AIRFREIGHT IMPORT/EXPORT operator who has gained hands on experience of working in freight forwarding operations and is conversant in all aspects of freight Imports/Exports.
