This is a hands-on role combining:

• Leading client relationships and internal teams from brief to delivery
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets and priorities with confidence
• Keep workflows, resource and delivery running smoothly across the agency
• Own the commercial side of accounts, including budgets, margins and scope.
• Build strong client partnerships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Create clear, effective briefs and ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Oversee integrated projects across brand, creative, content, social, paid and commerce.

What you will bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of experience in an agency environment - essential!
• Experience of confidently managing multiple projects and clients
• You have worked on a range of campaigns including social media / paid social / organic social.
• You are commercially aware and would describe yourself as a planning pro!
• You are able to turn ideas into briefs and work with the wider team to get them delivered to a high standard.
