Were looking for an outgoing and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Peterborough Youll be supporting adults with Autism and learning disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling livesno two days are ever the same.

What youll be doing:
Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Encouraging independence and confidence
Supporting social activities and community involvement
Building strong, trusting relationships
Working Hours:
Full time position
Flexible across 7 days per week
Shifts between 7:30am and 10:00pm
Includes weekend working
What were looking for:
A friendly, outgoing personality
A caring and patient nature
Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
Willingness to provide personal care
Experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
