Change Hospitality is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join the leadership team of a stylish, high-quality restaurant in the heart of Mayfair .

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Sous Chef looking to take the next step within a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen. Working alongside an accomplished Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food, maintaining the highest standards, and leading a motivated brigade.
The Role Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Lead and inspire the team, ensuring consistency and quality across every service.
Assist with stock control, ordering, GP management, and kitchen administration.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Help develop junior chefs through training and mentorship.
Contribute ideas towards seasonal menu development and daily specials.
About You Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up.
Background in quality-led restaurants with high standards of food and service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Calm under pressure with excellent organisational abilities.
Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and consistently delivering exceptional dishes.
A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine love of hospitality.
