They are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Bristol site, leading and developing the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of kitchen operations
Leading and motivating the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service standards
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and effective waste management
Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company standards
Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs and new team members
Supporting recruitment, scheduling, and performance management within the kitchen team
You:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up within a high-volume branded xwzovoh restaurant
A natural leader with a genuine passion for coaching and developing teams
Strong organisational and operational management skills
Calm, hands-on approach with the ability to perform under pressure
Strong understanding of food safety, stock control, and kitchen financials
