Clearance: Active SC required
We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a secure transformation programme, designing, and improving end-to-end digital services.
Key experience:
* Strong Service Design / UCD background
* End-to-end service mapping, journey mapping, and service blueprints
* Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
* Experience xwzovoh working in Agile multidisciplinary teams
* Government / public sector experience desirable
* GDS experience beneficial
* Active SC Clearance essential
