We are recruiting for a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Maidstone. Applicants must have previous sales or customer service experience, a proven ability to work towards targets and build customer relationships, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

Job Details:
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £24,000 basic + bonus, OTE: £60,000+
Hours: Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week, Sundays on rota

Sales Executive Role Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales journey from enquiry to handover
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Prospect for new customers by telephone and through events
Manage sales enquiries and maintain consistent customer follow-up
Recommend appropriate additional products based on customer needs
Use customer enquiry management systems effectively
Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service
Sales Executive Requirements Previous sales or customer service experience
Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets
Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills
Confident prospecting for new customers and closing sales opportunities
Excellent organisation and customer follow-up skills
Ability to understand individual customer requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
Previous automotive or car sales experience is advantageous but not essential
