Are you an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Operations professional looking to join a growing engineering business where you can play a key role in driving operational performance while benefiting from an excellent work-life balance through a four-day working week?

Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of operations, coordinate projects, and ensure the efficient delivery of products and services. You will work closely with engineering, production, and management teams, helping to optimise workflows and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This role would suit an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Production Coordinator, Operations Manager, or similar professional from a manufacturing, engineering, automation, or technical environment looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing business.
The Role
Coordinate daily operational activities across manufacturing, installation, and project delivery teams
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvements
Ensure projects and customer requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard
Maintain compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures
Liaise with engineering, production, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Assist in resolving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives
The Person
Experience in an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Operations Manager, Production Coordinator, or similar role
Background within manufacturing, engineering, automation, electrical controls, or a related industry
