Whats on Offer Salary up to £49,000 per annum Overtime opportunities available 26 days annual leave bank holidays Company van and fuel card 1 in 4 call-out rota Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for career progression Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 40-hour working week Key Duties & Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, and FCUs .

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably .

Perform routine maintenance tasks including system inspections, filter replacements, coil cleaning, and performance testing .

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards .

Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns and emergency call-outs , minimising disruption to clients. xwzovoh

Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and reports .

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues .

Identify potential system improvements or upgrades and provide recommendations where appropriate.

Requirements Valid and up-to-date F-Gas certification NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Building Services Proven experience working within an HVAC / Building Services environment Strong knowledge of a wide range of air conditioning systems Ability to manage workload, time, and documentation independently Professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships Positive, flexible, and proactive can-do attitude Full UK driving licence If you are an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and growing FM service provider, apply today to avoid missing out.
