Job description
The Role: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Belfast Sector: Hotels Salary: £35,000 We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established hotel in Belfast, ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of all building systems and facilities.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on leadership role, overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities while delivering a high standard of service that supports both guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel Collaborate and support the maintenance team and external contractors Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including statutory checks and record-keeping Carry out hands-on maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general fabric repairs Monitor maintenance budgets, stock, and procurement of materials Support ongoing refurbishment projects and capital works Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimise disruption to guests Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong technical knowledge across building services (electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance) Relevant qualifications (e.g.
