Locations and shifts
Work across Colchester (CO2, CO3, CO4) Flexible shift patterns including 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 09:00-17:00, and 09:00-16:00. Full or part-time hours available. Enhanced DBS required.

The role
Provide personalised 1:1 and 2:1 support for people with diverse needs including learning disabilities, autism, elderly care and complex health conditions
Support with personal care, daily activities and accessing the community
Work with non-verbal service users, using communication tools and approaches
Confident with manual handling tasks including wheelchair use and hoisting
Build meaningful relationships while developing professional care skills
Who we're looking for

Willingness to grow and take responsibility for your development
Confident working with non-verbal service users
Comfortable with manual handling tasks
A driving licence is preferred for most packages
