Learning Assistant Multiple permanent positions available Are you looking for an exciting, term time role to develop your career in education? Apply now to support students through a variety of settings and play a key role in helping them succeed in their studies, whilst working in a pattern that fits around your other responsibilities.
As our Learning Assistant you will: Build positive, supportive relationships with students, helping them with their studies across the college and promoting inclusion, independence and confidence.
Provide them with one on one or group support in a classroom or workshop setting.
This will include students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, including emotional, social, behavioural and mobility needs.
Assist with personal care and administering medication where needed.
Ensure our students have a rewarding and fulfilling experience at college.

What you will bring to the role: Experience working with students, particularly those with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, emotional, social and behavioural needs.
Ability to communicate to a diverse range of people at all levels, verbally and in writing.
An ability to work in a confidential manner.
Knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
