£30,000 plus bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading global manufacturer.
This position will play a key role in delivering new product introductions, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic engineering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist with the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes
*Implement process design and quality requirements in line with APQP and PPAP standards
*Identify, procure, and coordinate installation of tooling, equipment, and capital projects
*Apply Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles throughout product development
*Liaise with internal teams and customers to translate technical requirements into manufacturing solutions
*Ensure all new products and processes meet health & safety requirements
*Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing for costing purposes
*Coordinate and implement complex engineering changes
*Conduct structured problem solving and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations xwzovoh Requirements
*Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
*Experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
*Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or APQP
