Salary: £26,200 per annum

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Supported Housing Workers to join a fantastic organisation in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to support individuals with complex needs, empowering them to live independently and achieve positive outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
? Supporting clients to maintain their tenancies and develop independent living skills.
? Building positive and professional relationships with service users and partner agencies.
? Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
? Promoting wellbeing, inclusion and independence within the community.
? Participating in an on-call and out-of-hours rota.
What We're Looking For
? Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.

? Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.
