Key responsibilities
• Drive HGV Class 2 vehicles safely and responsibly
• Complete tipper driving duties in line with operational requirements
• Carry out vehicle checks before and after journeys
• Secure and transport loads safely
• Follow delivery, collection and site instructions
• Complete required paperwork and records accurately
• Maintain professional standards when dealing with customers and site personnel
• Report any vehicle, load or delivery issues promptly
Skills and qualifications
• Valid HGV Class 2 driving entitlement
• Experience driving tipper vehicles
• Relevant commercial driving experience
• Good understanding of vehicle safety and daily checks
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Professional attitude and clear communication skills
• Appropriate driver documentation, including CPC and tachograph requirements
