Position- Fabric Engineer/ Maintenance Operative (Fabric)
Location- Bullring, Birmingham
Job Type- Fulltime
Shift type- Rotational
Core Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance: painting, joinery, minor building repairs
- Update completed PPM tasks on computerised maintenance system
- Assist specialist subcontractors with PPM and reactive works
- Maintain accurate xwzovoh site records and documentation
- Inspect
