Job Title: Self Employed Sales & Lettings Estate Agent

Location: London & the Home Counties/Borehamwood (office) Hybrid role with required travel in and around London.
Hours: Flexible Hours (usually 09:00 18:00)
Salary: Commission Only - Estimated earnings between£50,000 - £70,000

Frestons are a dynamic team servicing people's property needs across London and the Home Counties. Frestons provides key services including viewings, valuations, property consultation, personal property sourcing and much more.
As Sales & Lettings Estate Agent you will be responsible for:
Conducting Sales and Lettings viewings
Sales and Lettings negotiation
Providing Sales and Lettings property valuations online and in-person
Buyer and Tenant lead generation
Vendor and Landlord lead generation (online and in-person)
Booking and attending general appointments
Property management
Attending in-person office meetings
Uploading properties on Rightmove and Zoopla
Booking miscellaneous appointments for example photography captures with our media team and floorplanner
Dealing with general property enquiries
Providing top customer service
About you:
Essential Requirements:
Valid UK Driving licence xwzovoh
Access to own car required
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong customer service experiences and phone etiquette
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, resilient and organised
Desired Requirements:
Estate Agency experience
Property experience
Sales (general) experience
Lead generation/Marketing experience
Negotiating experience
This role would be suitable for candidates who have previous experience as an Estate Agent , S ales Negotiator , Lettings Negotiator , Real Estate Consultant , Property Management .
