- Up to £47,000 I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a large maintenance company working in the Marble Arch, Central Londonworking at a corporate commercial office buildings on behalf of a large property management company.
You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.
My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work on a High profile corporate office based in Marble Arch, Central London.
Hours 4 days on 4 Days off
- Shift
- 7am to 7pm Requirements Apprentice Trained Electrical
- City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent 17th / 18th Edition Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Package Basic Salary of £47,000 22 Days Annual leave Pension Healthcare Plenty of OT Internal and External Training courses Career progression
- would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.
Duties Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance General building services tasks Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, xwzovoh Water treatment Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large blue chip companies and banks across a large estate Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client My client is able to interview straight away if the right candidates are available so to avoid missing out please send your CV today toDaniel Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions
