Electrical Maintenance Engineer - White City, West London - Up to £47,500

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in White City, West London. My client is looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a unique commercial estate in White City working across a large estate.
The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Blue chip office etc). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £47,500 + overtime, further training and career progression.
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Building Fabrics - Tenant Requests
FCU's - Maintenance & Filters
Hours of work
Monday to Friday
07:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 19:00
Plenty of Overtime xwzovoh
25 Days Holiday + 1 Day for Birthday
Call out 1 in 4
Requirements
City & Guilds - Level 2& 3 Electrical
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Excellent customer skills
