LSI are currently looking for an experienced Dayforce Configurator to support a major HR technology programme for an international organisation.

This is a hands-on configuration role, working closely with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders to optimise and enhance the existing Dayforce platform.

The Role

• Configure and maintain Dayforce modules in line with business requirements
• Translate HR and payroll requirements into effective Dayforce solutions
• Configure workflows, business rules, security roles and system settings
• Support system enhancements, testing and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with functional, technical and business teams throughout delivery
• Produce clear configuration and solution documentation

Experience Required

• Strong hands-on Dayforce configuration experience
• Good understanding of Dayforce functionality and configuration capabilities
• Experience across areas xwzovoh such as Payroll, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, HR or Benefits
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system configuration
• Confident working independently within complex enterprise environments
• Previous experience working on Dayforce implementation, optimisation or transformation programmes
